1.1. The ordering process requires registration to Sakura no Sato web shop. First time customers need to:
- Make a customer registration of Sakura no Sato as a customer informing name and other obligatory information.
- Give customer's consent so that Sakura no Sato can register personal details to customer registration.
- Undertake to give correct information.

Registration is also necessary in order to receive possible discounts for members.

1.2. Customers have to follow attentiveness and carefulness when they use web shops.

2.1. The communication between the parties is done by e-mail (e-mail info[at]sakurakauppa.com) or by phone (tel. 044 296 8392, Mon.-Fri. 10-14). The customer will commit oneself after having made his or hers order to receive the order acknowledgement to monitor his or hers e-mail.
2.2. The obligatory commercial consent becomes valid when Sakura no Sato sent order confirmation by e-mail.
2.3. Customer has the right to cancel the whole order or part of the orders by e-mail or telephone before delivery of the order. Delivery is performed when part of the order or notice has been delivered or the order can be picked up at the post office.
2.4. After completing the order, Sakura no Sato does not have the right to change conditions of the consent agreement, except for the obvious mistakes.

3.1. The valid price is the price from the price list at Sakura no Sato web shop. The price includes VAT 23% (since 01.Jul.2010). The valid price is in Euros (EUR). Sakura no Sato reserves the right to change the prices in case of obvious mistakes of pricing.
3.2. A handling charge is added to the order, which can change according to the weight and size of the package.
3.3. Postage (valid from 10.Feb.2010): Domestic postage of less than 1 kg package is 7.61 EUR and 0.27 EUR/kg will be added when package weight exceeds 1 kg.

4.1. If the products are in stock, the estimated delivery time is two to five (2-5) working days (within Finland).
4.2. If the product is not in stock at the time of ordering, then delivery time takes longer, because products are ordered from Japan.
4.3. If all of the products are not in stock at the time of ordering, then the order is delivered after all the products are in stock.
4.4. The deliveries will be performed through Finland Post as a rule, if others are not acceptable.

5.1. The payment takes place using the following methods of payment:
Cash on Delivery is not available as payment method at this time because of malpractice. Please choose bank transfer for payment method.

Bank transfer. You can also make a payment to our bank account. (Our bank account, Sakura no Sato: Sampo Bank 800012-71312044)
We regard your orders as cancelation if the sum has not arrived to our bank account in 4 working days after order (please concact if you are paying by international bank transfer).

Paypal. You can pay orders also by credit card with Paypal service.

Under eighteen-year-olds must have the permission of guardian, when he or she is making purchases.

6.1. The customer has the right to cancel unused and unopened products during fourteen (14) days after receiving the product/products, excluding the receiving day. The product to be returned and the product packing have to be essentially in the same order as it is received, Sakura no Sato has the right to change the sum of money to be returned due to any reduction in value.
6.2. The customer has to send a notification about the intent to return products by sending an e-mail to this address (order[at]sakurakauppa.com) before returning the products. In returning the shipping charge is paid for by customers. Returning product should be unused and package unopend!
6.3 The right of returning by companies and other organizations is more restricted than the rights of returning by private customers. In connection with the possible returns, we charge to the companies and other organizations for postage.

7.1. Damages may happen in connection with the post transport in spite of the careful packing the packages. Therefore, please check the condition of the package upon receipt, while the postal worker is present. If a package has been damaged in transport and if the ordered products have also been damaged, make a damage report immediately in with the post office. Contact Sakura no Sato customer service after this in order to agree on the delivery of the new product.

8.1. If incorrect products are delivered to the customer or the products have damage or other problems, the customer has to notify Sakura no Sato of the matter within a reasonable time by email to info[at]sakurakauppa.com. The incorrect delivery has to be returned without postage according to the instructions (section 6.2.) which has been given by Sakura no Sato. Returns take place after the claims. After receiving the returned products, Sakura no Sato will immediately issue a refund to the customer for the sale price which was paid.

9.1. Sakura no Sato is not responsible if the delivery of the order is postponed, becomes difficult, or is late, the possible influences of Sakura no Sato, due to matters out of control, such as war, natural disaster, export- or import denial, the decision of the authority, general traffic obstruction or other comparable troubles which make difficult or prevent actions of Sakura no Sato.

10.1. The argument and disagreement which are caused by this remote commercial agreement are applied to the Finnish law.
