1. How to view products and other information

1-1 Choose language from the left menu. We have English and Finnish pages.

2. How to view products and make an order at our webshop
|
2-01 First, go "Categories"-menu and choose category from the left list.
Now we'll see "Candles" at this guide page.

2-02 We have two subcategories in "Candles"-page, modern and traditional, candles and candleholders.
Now let's see "traditional".
Remember click text or photo of subcategory to see more details.

You can also make an order by e-mail without creating an account.
Write product name/color/price to e-mail and send to us!

2-14 Fill in required information and click "Continue".

2-15 Sign in at right menu, if you have already an account at our shop.
You need your e-mail address and password then click "Sign in".

2-16 There is some information about shipping and conditions.
You can change shipping address by clicking "Change Address"-button.

2-17 Read carefully about shipping ways, conditions and shipping before you make an order.

2-18 Choose payment method and read also more information about payment method.
continue shopping by clicking "Continue".

2-19 Check all of your order information (address, products, shipping- and payment method) and write down about bank transfer information, if you have chosen bank transfer as payment method.
Remember that you must make a payment in four days.
Click "Confirm order"-button, if all of your order information is correct.

2-20 Your order has sent to us and you'll receive order confirmation by e-mail in 3-5 minutes.
Make sure you'll receive a confirmation mail, if not, please contact us!
You can click "Continue" or sign out if you don't need to check your account/order information.
