* The domestic postage is valid also for Εland islands(AX).
1. Shipping method
The method of delivery is Post parcel (Postipaketti).The deliveries will be performed through Finland Post as a rule, if others are not acceptable.
Postage within Finland (valid from 10.Feb.2010): 7.61 EUR/1kg and 0.27 EUR/kg will be added when package weight exceeds 1 kg.
We will send you small origami-papers (1-4 package(s)) and small/thin products by mail. Shipping cost of the smallest product is 1.75.
Orders are delivered to your nearest post office and post office will keep packages for two (2) weeks.
If you would like to cancel the whole order or part of the orders, please contact to us by e-mail (info[at]sakurakauppa.com)
or by telephone (tel. +358 (0)44 296 8392, Mon-Fri 10-14 EET) before delivery of the order.
2. Payment
* Bank transfer
You can also make a payment to our bank account, if you would like to save cash on delivery fee 3.65 euros.
We will send you order, when the ammount has arrived to our bank account.

We regard your orders as cancelation if the ammount has not arrived to our bank account in 4 working days after order.
Bank transfer fee is free of charge for domestic customers.

The deliveries will be performed through Finland Post as a rule, if others are not acceptable.
Postage may vary in parcel tariff zones. We will send you orders by using the parcel tariff zones of Finnish Post.
We will send you small origami-papers (1-4 package(s)) and small and thin products by mail.
* Blue-colored countries are European Union members.
Orders can be arrived to your countries customs if you have made an order from non-eu countries.
