- The method of delivery is Post parcel (Postipaketti within Finland/Priority-parcel for other countries) and payment is
Bank transfer and Paypal (credit card).
- We will deliver orders to all countries.
- Your order will arrive to the nearest post office or to the addressee directly (for overseas: different from your country of residence),
Finnish Post keeps your order for two (2) weeks. If you would like to cancel the whole order or part of the orders, please contact to us by
e-mail (info[at]sakurakauppa.com) or by telephone (tel. 044 296 8392, Mon-Fri 10-14) before delivery of the order.
Cash on Delivery is not available as a payment method at this time because of malpractice. Please choose bank transfer for payment method.
- Bank transfer: You can also make a payment to our bank account.
We will shipping orders when the ammount has arrived to our bank account. (Sakura no Sato: Sampo Bank 800012-71312044).
We regard your orders as cancelation if the sum has not arrived to our bank account in 4 working days after order
(please concact if you are paying by international bank transfer).
- Delivery time normally takes three to five (3-5) working days (domestic).
We will deliver orders from our stock in Jyväskylä, Finland during 1-2 day(s) if the product is in stock.
If the products are not in the stock at the moment, then delivery time takes longer, because products are ordered from Japan.
- Only prices shown at the web-shop are valid for ordered products. A handling charge will be added to your order according to the size and weight of the products.
We follow the handling charges of Finnish Post.
- Obligatory commercial consent comes into effect by clicking Confirm order-button at the payment page after customers have completed their order.
- Customers have right to cancel the whole or a part of orders along with the Finnish customer protection law by informing about cancelation of the order by e-mail (order[at]sakurakauppa.com) in fourteen (14) days after receiving of the order to Sakura no Sato customer service.
Always customers have to inform by e-mail to us about cancellation before sending products by post.
The receiving day is not counted towards cancel days.
- Change of product: Customers have also right to change ordered product into other product or another color. Please tell us which product or color you would like to have by e-mail before sending ordered product!
- We'll tell you always Finnish Post's item tracking number if your order has sent by package (no letter). We do not respond if the Post's delivery has delayed. Please ask for your nearest Post office.
- Cancellation & change of product: The shipping charge is paid for by customers. Product should be unused and package unopend!
- We will send your order by letter, if it fits into an envelope. In this case we will tell you about this personally by e-mail after you have confirmed order.
- Postage (valid from 10.Feb.2010): Domestic postage of less than 1 kg package is 7.61 EUR and 0.27 EUR/kg
will be added when package weight exceeds 1 kg.
